SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday not including holidays) pending payment verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 7 to 10 days. There is no charge for standard delivery. Standard delivery is sent via UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. You may also select UPS charges that apply for other than standard delivery.

Additional charges apply for rush delivery.
For overnight delivery orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12PM CST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12PM CST through Friday 12PM CST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM CST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY
• You must call or email Leonor Designs to let us know.
• Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase date on the receipt( within 7 days after Christmas).
• Merchandise must be unworn in the original package placed inside the external shipping box in which it was received.
• Merchandise may be exchanged for another size, color or style or you may request a refund.
• Refunds will be given for the price of the shoe minus the shipping costs.
• Please address all refunds to Leonor Designs Returns.
